We Collect Some Information Directly
When you purchase a lesson on SMDI1H you are requested to provide certain personally-identifiable information (Personal Information) such as name, email address, mailing address, and Skype name in order to complete the purchase; you may submit information of your own accord. If you choose not to provide the information, you will be unable to purchase the lesson.
We Collect Some Information Automatically
Third-party vendors that provide services for the SMDI1H website may use their own tracking technologies and may collect information about your online activities as well. The tracking technologies used by such third parties are subject to their own privacy policies, and SMDI1H is not involved in or responsible for their activities or use of any data they collect.
How We Process, Store, and Use Personal Information
Opting Out of Tracking
If you wish to disable cookies and other use-tracking tools, your browser settings may enable you to do so. If you wish to opt out of Google Analytics data collection, you can do so using Google’s browser add-on.
Information Security and Storage
The SMDI1H website is protected by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) security features. Our collection and handling of payment information is PCI-compliant.
We May Share Information in Limited Circumstances
We may engage outside companies to help us develop, operate, and improve the SMDI1H website. Our third-party vendors receive Personal Information only as reasonably necessary to complete services for SMDI1H; they are contractually bound to maintain confidentiality of information and prohibited from using or disclosing Personal Information. In certain cases, we may agree to allow a vendor to use aggregated data about the SMDI1H website for general improvement or benchmarking purposes – but only where this data is anonymized or de-identified, so users cannot be individually identified.
SMDI1H will not sell or exchange Personal Information with any other company or organization.

Children Under 13 Years of Age
SMDI1H does not knowingly solicit or collect information from children aged 12 and under without obtaining explicit parental consent. If you become aware that your child (who is under 13) has provided us with information without your consent, please contact us. Upon your request, we will delete your child’s Personal Information from our files.
SMDI1H may change and update this Policy from time to time and will post Policy updates to this page. Continued use of the SMDI1H website constitutes consent to any new Policy.
